Facility Services Coordinator - Denver, CO

The Facility Services Coordinator will directly provide and/or coordinate general facility maintenance services for the office, warehouse, and manufacturing facilities. Assist Lead Facilities Services Coordinator with project coordination. Evaluate, recommend and monitor contract service providers to insure satisfactory completion of assigned tasks. Perform or coordinate repairs on building, equipment and furnishings. Respond to related employee requests. Maintain inventory of departmental parts, products, supplies and corporate assets.   

 

Essential Duties:

1. Responsible for all custodial/day porter tasks are performed and meet USL standards.

2. Assist Facility Services team and building technicians with multi-person tasks as needed.

3. Manage grounds (irrigation, lawn and snow removal) and exterior of building.

4. Directly perform or coordinate furniture projects, modifications, or repairs.

7. Assist with security and visitor control systems and processes (locks, key control and locker management).

8. Responsible for the administration of approved project budgets and timelines.

9. Directly provide or coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs of building systems.

10. Responsible for pest control and floor drain sanitation tasks.

11.  Manage uniform accounts which include ordering, reviewing invoices and credits.

12.  Manage / maintain office copier and fax equipment for the facility.  Directly provide or coordinate repair of equipment.  Maintain inventory of related supplies – paper, staples, toner, etc., and replenishes equipment as needed.  Provide monthly copy count to equipment vendor.

13. Perform, inspect and maintain maintenance records for building equipment (fire extinguishers, etc.)

14. Manage the storage and disposal of corporate non-hazardous waste.  Prepare and maintain required documentation for non-hazardous waste disposals. 

15. Assist with reviewing and implementing service agreements and contracts.

16. Maintain and support corporate Audio/Visual systems (VIS, conference room presentation equipment, paging, video conferencing, satellite, etc.).

17. Reconcile vendor invoices and complete purchase requisitions.

18. Maintain inventory of departmental parts, products, supplies (break room, restrooms, safety, PPE, etc.) and corporate assets.

19. Coordinate and directly assist with employee relocations.  Ensure ARF actions are carried out in a timely manner.

20. Perform conference room meeting “set-ups” as requested.

21. Perform quarterly building assessments and completes related repairs (ceiling tile replacement, wall patch, painting, etc.)

22. Assists with the 24/7 on-call rotation to respond to security and equipment alarms.

 

Requirements:

High School diploma required. Vocational Building Maintenance Certificate training desired. 1 - 2+ years of General Maintenance experience.
