Operations Coordinator - Savage, MN

CMG is now hiring for an Operations Coordinator! This clerical position is a key resource to our customers, truck drivers, and warehouse employees. The hours of this position are 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday, with some flexibility needed due to business demands.

Pay: $18-$20 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

· Coordination of all loads entering and leaving the distribution center

· Communication with customers, truck drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse employees via email, telephone, or in person

· Data Entry of inventory, creating invoices, and bills of lading

· Problem solving and quality control as requested by customer

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Preferred knowledge in a WMS system

· Exceptional math skills with a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail

· Ability to work independently and under little supervision

· Strong ability to multi-task and work under pressure

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Strong typing and computer skills with knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
