Corporate Management Groups iscurrently hiring for an Admin. Assistant at our downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota location!
Shift:1st Shift / Monday – Friday / 8:00am - 4:30pm / 30 hours per week / Up to 6 Months Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
o Answering Phones
o Office Assistance asneeded
Administrative/Clerical:
o Data Entry
o Filing
o Office Supply
o Liaison between the different locations for this company
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
Understand and obey all Good Manufacturing Practicesand Standard Operating Procedures.
Microsoft Office Proficient.
Safety Protocol
Stop any observed unsafe acts, and obey facilitysafety rules and procedures.
Correct or report any observed safety hazards.
Support safety policies and programs.
