Corporate Management Groups iscurrently hiring for an Admin. Assistant at our downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota location! 

Shift:1st Shift / Monday – Friday / 8:00am - 4:30pm / 30 hours per week / Up to 6 Months Contract

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

o  Answering Phones

o  Office Assistance asneeded

Administrative/Clerical:

o  Data Entry

o  Filing

o  Office Supply 

o   Liaison between the different locations for this company

Other Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Understand and obey all Good Manufacturing Practicesand Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Microsoft Office Proficient.
  • Safety Protocol
    • Stop any observed unsafe acts, and obey facilitysafety rules and procedures.
    • Correct or report any observed safety hazards.
    • Support safety policies and programs.
  • This list of duties and responsibilities is notall-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties andresponsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

Qualifications:

Education Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

Experience Required:

  • 1 year or equivalent ofmanufacturing and/or warehouse experience
