PT Weekend Sanitation - Eagan, MN
Corporate Management Groups is
currently hiring for a PT Weekend Sanitation position at our Eagan, MN at Gregory's
location.
Shift: 4:00 am-1pm on Saturday and 10am-6pm on Sunday
Pay: $14-15 per
hour
Job Summary: The person will responsible for washing the blast freezer, Dry Mix area, utensils, taking out
garbage, washing equipment, daily cleaning of floors, bathrooms,
breakrooms. Person will report to Laura sanitation supervisor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspect area for cleanliness, damage, and compliance with Quality
Assurance standards.
- Throughly cleaning the Blast Freezer (scrubbing, washing, santitizing, etc.) Repeat this process if necessary.
- Extensively cleaning the Dry Mix Area (scrubbing, washing, santitizing, etc.) Repeat this process if necessary
- Properly remove excess waste from production area.
- Remove trash as needed.
- Wear the proper PPE at all times.
- Utilize proper chemicals for cleaning different areas/items
- Clean and sanitize pans, utensils, scoops, drains, and floors as
needed.
- Clean and sanitize conveyor belts and machines.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand and obey all Good Manufacturing Practices
and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Microsoft Office Proficient.
- Safety Protocol
- Stop any observed unsafe acts, and obey facility
safety rules and procedures.
- Correct or report any observed safety hazards.
- Support safety policies and programs.

Qualifications:
Education Required:
- High School/GED or equivalent
