Light Production Labor - 1st Shift - Plymouth, MN

Corporate Management Groups iscurrently hiring for a Light Production Labor position at our Plymouth,Minnesota location.

Shift:1^st shift / 6:30am – 2:30pm / Monday - Friday

Pay: $18.50 perhour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs a variety of duties, including misc. fabrication equipment, paint helper, parts washer, sandblasting, material handler.
• Able to understand work with paperwork system
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins
• Perform light assembly functions under direction of Supervisor
• Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate method.
• Accepts and performs all other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. To include any and all jobs or tasks that may not be directly related to this job classification

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand and obey all Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Microsoft Office Proficient.
• Safety Protocol
  • Stop any observed unsafe acts, and obey facility safety rules and procedures.
  • Correct or report any observed safety hazards.
  • Support safety policies and programs.

Qualifications:

Education Required:

·        Minimum of high school education

·        Good mechanical aptitude

Experience Required:

·        Safe working habits.

·        Good cooperation and communicationskills.

·        Maintenance of a neat and clean workarea.

·        High degree of mechanical aptitude.

·        Requires working in a teamenvironment

Physical Requirements:

• Physical ability to perform required tasks.
• Reach by extending hands or arms in any direction.
• Apply manual dexterity and visual acuity for using tools and plant equipment.
• Hear and communicate within normal parameters.
• Lift 50 pounds and/or use minimal amount of force to carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
