Fast paced and growing contract manufacture looking to expand Second Shift (3:15pm to 11:45pm Mon-Fri) and Weekend Shift (4:00am to 4:30pm Fri-Sat-Sun) Mechanical Assembly Area. Duties include assembly, straightening, bending and soldering on all types of machined parts and sub-assemblies. Candidates should be skilled at operating electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic power tools, arbor presses, various hand tools and soldering equipment to build mechanical assemblies in conformance with customer standards and company policies. A successful candidate should also be capable of organizing the assigned work for highest efficiency and quality. May also be required to inspect the work of other workers for compliance to the quality standards as assigned. Candidate should have one or more years of trade school, vocational education or related work experience, the ability to read and interpret drawings, read and understand process sheets, and be able to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
