Job Description.
The primary purpose of this position is to support the sourcing, recruitment and staffing of top talent within assigned product category or functional group(s)at the site. The Recruiter will manage all production Assembly recruiting activities through the full life-cycle recruiting process. They will advise their business and HR partners on talent discussions related to internal and external talent moves, providing analytical insights around functional talent pools, risks, etc. This role will be responsible for understanding key capability needs within the respective product category or functional group(s) and delivering top quality services and KPIs related to recruiting. Key to success for this position is building strong partnerships and relationships both internally and externally and an understanding and application of Integer businesses and culture to all Talent Acquisition processes.
1. Adheres to company Core Beliefs and all safety and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, Company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
2. Embraces and models the company’s culture and ensures the candidate experience and selection decisions are reflective of the culture and values.
3. Manages recruiting lifecycle recruiting for production assembly roles within assigned product category or functional group at the site, including employer promotion in the marketplace, as well as candidate pipelining and compliance outreach activities.
4. Sources candidates through innovative methods including targeted advertising, advanced booleon logic applications, partnerships, social media, industry networking, key professional organizations, selective agency partnerships etc. Explores and develops new sourcing methods, including diversity sourcing, to proactively identify talent. Capitalizes on trends and opportunities in our industry.
5. Responsible for tracking and performing against TA team and individual metrics, including but not limited to, Time to fill, Time to hire, Quality of hire, etc. Partners with HR and Hiring Managers on position specifications, ensuring detailed information on job requirements, skill requirements, and essential job functions to source top talent and collaborates to develop a recruitment strategy.
6. Provides guidance, strategizes and makes recommendations to managers and HR to improve recruiting methods and create more efficient processes. Is able to coach interview teams on creatively considering candidates in tough markets. Can manage through difficult conversations.
7. Champions enhancing the candidate’s experience including: supporting the interview process, communicating total rewards package, and providing timely and appropriate feedback to internal and external candidates.
8. Checks credentials (such as NDAs) as necessary and coordinates with HR and Corporate Compensation when presenting offers.
9. Consistently monitors and ensures compliance with all Federal, State and Local Agencies. Maintains current knowledge of FLSA, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws.

Minimum Experience: |
5+ years of recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment, Agency or Sales environment supporting multi-level recruitment. |
Specialized Knowledge: |
Skilled with using social networking and strong Internet sourcing skills; Advanced knowledge of applicant tracking tools; Solid experience in using recruiting technology platforms and sourcing techniques (i.e. advanced Boolean search logic); Manufacturing, Medical technology or Medical Device industry experience strongly preferred. |
