The Operations Training Associate is responsible for creation and revision of GMP documents including: standard operating procedures, batch records and support documents. This position revises standard operating procedures, support documents, and batch records, works with the SME for accurate document revision detail; creates and revises SOPs in EDMS and monitors workflows through to approval; acts as the LMS Training Administrator for Operations; monitors department processes to ensure consistent utilization of LMS; and provides functional support to the department including activities associated with Training.
Technical writing experience required. Background in Science preferred. Strong computer skills with prior experience in software programs such as Microsoft Office (e.g. Word and Excel). Knowledge of GMPs, Batch Records, SOPs required.
High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree preferred. 3-5 years’ office support experience required. 1 year of documentation (writing, revising) experience required. Strong computer skills with prior experience in software programs such as Microsoft Office (e.g. Word and Excel). Knowledge of GMPs and SOPs preferred.
