Executive Assistant [Archived] - Hopkins, MN

Corporate Management Groups is currently hiring for an Executive Assistant at our Hopkins, MN, Advantage Corrugated and Packaging Company location.

Shift: 1^st Shift / Monday – Friday / 8:00am – 4:30pm

Pay: $13.00 per hour

Job Summary: This position will help the Manager with all administrative and receptionist duties and tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Data Entry
• Invoicing.
• Customer Service (Answering phone calls, and emails.)
• Running errands for the Manager (Gas used will be reimbursed.)
•  Filing.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand and obey all Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Microsoft Office Proficient.
• Safety Protocol
  • Stop any observed unsafe acts, and obey facility safety rules and procedures.
  • Correct or report any observed safety hazards.
  • Support safety policies and programs.

Qualifications:

Education Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience Required:

• Background or experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is a plus.

Skills Required:

• Typing 40 wpm or higher.

• Microsoft Office.
