Responsibilities:

•       Estimate wood framed construction projects by analyzing Architectural  and Engineering drawings.

•       Work with Sales team members to organize work load and meet deadlines as required to fulfill customer  schedule requirements.

•       Develop and maintain working knowledge of materials and suppliers necessary to complete estimates.

•       Work with team members to understand Inside Sales Support position and learn the process of material ordering and delivery  scheduling.

Qualifications:

 •       Must have excellent computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Word), on screen takeoff experience and the ability  to  learn new software quickly.

•       Possess strong organizational and time management skills.

•       Must  be detail orientated, have  a professional attitude, and be reliable with excellent  work ethics.

•       Possess strong written and oral communication  that is clear, well executed and effective.

•       Auto CAD, Engineering or Architecture background would be a plus.
