Line Lead - Inver Grove Heights, MN

Corporate Management Group is currently hiring for a Line Lead at our Inver Grove Heights, MN location.

Position: Line Lead

Hourly Rate: $14.50-$17.00 depending on experience

Shift: 6am, 7am or 10am start time

Job Summary:

• The Line Lead responsible for supervising work in a particular areas of up to 20 employees. Communicate professionally while training new production workers. Cross-train in all production work areas to cover production demands. Lead team by setting an example for employees to follow. Provide employees the skill and information they need to perform their jobs successfully and follow through to ensure learning at acceptable levels. Monitor production runs to ensure a quality product. Verify all employees have completed their daily required work schedule.

Qualifications:

·        Lead experience preferred

·        Food production experience preferred

·        Must be able to follow directions and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Responsible for leading assembly line staff to achieve manufacturing goals.

·        Responsible for staff and general employee relations.

·        Assist in the safety of department personnel and for assuring compliance with all safety procedures.

·        Responsible for determining the most efficient way that a job should be prepared.

·        Ability to work together with peers and other departments to improve quality and performance.

·        Works overtime when needed
