General Labor - Inver Grove Heights, MN

Corporate Management Group is currently hiring for General Labor at our Inver Grove Heights, MN location.

Position: General Labor

Hourly Rate: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour depending on experience

Shift: 7am to 3:30pm Sunday through Friday (every Saturday & one week day off)

Job Summary:

• This General Labor position is a repetitive, hands-on position responsible for achieving operational goals, while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications:

·        Food production experience preferred

·        Must be able to follow directions and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Responsible for running leading assembly line.

·        Responsible for prepping and packaging various items.

·        Responsible for complying with all GMP’s and Safety policies.

·        Ability to work together with peers and other departments to improve quality and performance.

·        Works overtime when needed
