Corporate Management Group, in partnership with SuperMom’s® in Saint Paul Park, is currently hiring Drivers! All new hires are eligible to receive a $2,500 Hiring Bonus! Supermom’s® goods are baked fresh locally in St. Paul Park, MN and delivered to the stores daily. Drivers will be responsible for safely driving, loading, unloading products, and effectively communicating with employees and our customers in connection with those duties.
 
Must, be willing to join the union!
 
2nd Shift: Positions will start between 2:15pm – 4:15pm depending on which route driver is assigned. Majority of the routes take 8-10hours per night.
Location: St. Paul Park, MN 
Wage: $18.00 per hour to start with increase at 1 year of service

Job Requirements:

• Class B or higher license

• Air Brake endorsement

• Current DOT Medical Card

• Business to business delivery

• Able to read and write in English

• Understand food safety policies and rules

• Continuously able to work at a fast pace

• Ability to work in a physically demanding position

• Able to push/pull cabinets weighing up to 400lbs

• Able to adapt to new areas

• Learn quickly and follow instruction well

• Must be 18 or older

• Must have own transportation

• Must pass drug test/background check, e-verify

Physical Requirements:
This is a labor intensive position, you will be required to push/pull cabinets weighing up to 400 lbs. in and out of stores. You generally will deliver 1-2 cabinets per stop and also picking up 1-2 empty carts from the day before. Rotating your freight in the truck and completing all paperwork. They do use electronic hand devices to record the data. They would train you on how to use those. The trucks do have lift gates. They are newer Refrigerated Freightliner M2’s and all are automatic.
 
Your first 460 hours (approx. 40 working days) you would be a Corporate Management Group Employee. Once 460 hours has been completed you would be eligible for hire to client.
