Purpose:
Provide positive first contact for visitors and callers and accurately complete sales order entry.

Responsibilities:
1. Maintain Customer Relationships
· Greet visitors and customers maintaining security awareness
· Answer, screen and direct phone calls
· Deal with queries from the public and customers
2. Sales Order Entry
· Input customer orders
· Generate picking ticket for warehouse
· Mail or Email signed bill of ladings and/or invoices
· Process invoices once they are delivered/picked up, signed and lotted
· Credit card processing
· Lotting
3. Office Support
· Provide general administrative and clerical support
· Tidy and maintain the reception area and kitchen
· Other clerical/administrative duties as determined by supervisor
4. Comply with Gregory’s Foods, Inc. Quality System, Policies and Procedures

Expectations:
o Monday-Thursday 8:00 – 5:00, Friday 8:00-4:00, 2 paid 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute unpaid lunch
o No meals at front desk
o Limit cell phone use to breaks
Education:
o High school diploma or GED
