Welder - Roberts, WI

Corporate Management Groups is currently hiring for a Welder

 at our Roberts, Wisconsin location.

Shift: Shift may vary, but probably starting at 6: oo am and working 8 – 10 hours per day, usually closer to 10 in the summer.

Rate of pay per hour: $22.00

Job Summary:  This position will require the Employee to work from a daily task or job list, and duties will vary daily.  This will include reviewing of blueprints and schematics and fabricating base, end, and haunch plats per specifications for the pre-stress line.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Welder is responsible for repair and fabrication of necessary parts, components, jigs, top and base plates for plant operations.  The Employee will utilize range of tools and welding equipment that includes: chop saw, plasma cutter, band saw, and grinders. 

Materials are welding with knowledge of the following welding techniques: Arc, Stick, and Tig. 

This position will require the Employee to work from a daily task or job list, and duties will vary daily.  This will include reviewing of blueprints and schematics and fabricating base, end, and haunch plats per specifications for the pre-stress line. 

The position also requires the employee to clean and maintain “chucks” from the pre-stress line.  The Employee will lift and move materials utilizing forklift, dolly and/or overhead crane depending on the size, weight, and location of materials
