SUMMARY:
This key position reports to the Quality Manager. Daily tasks include:
Performing moderately complex functional, application, regression and performance tests. Executing automated pre-determined testing procedures and programs. Interpreting GD&T. Maintaining high attention to detail with respect to prints, dimensions and paperwork. Working with little or no supervision. Maintaining final inspection, quality and production documentation files
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand all I.S.O. and Q.S.R. requirements; participate in the implementation, training and the continuing improvement provided in these processes.
Schedule and complete all FAI, VAL, IQ/OQ/PQ work.
Interact with closely with Shift Supervisors, Shipping and Management to meet production requirements.
Compiles and analyzes inspection data for accuracy and function on the floor.
Measure product using a variety of measurement equipment.
Assist in measuring parts during production to ensure compliance with design specifications.
Update processes as necessary with prior approval.
Ensure completion of Quality docs (Environmental Log, NCMRs, SDS, etc.). Incoming Receiving and creation of inspection docs as required.
Ensure supplier surveys are properly filed and updated annually.
Audit quality activity and paperwork on the floor maintaining compliance to Man Plans, Work Instructions and Company Procedures as required.
Make production labels and distribute with proper paper work.

Education/Experience: High school diploma, 5 years experience in medical manufacturing or similar field required.
