Sanitation
Job Duties:
- Inspect pan washer and
area for cleanliness, damage, and compliance with Quality Assurance
standards.
- Feed pans into the pan
washer at an efficient rate.
- Catch pans, ensure
cleanliness, stack and store as directed.
- Empty all food/trash
bins as they come back to the pan washing area, operating the food
waste/trash compactors per procedures.
- Operate manual pallet
jack as needed.
- Spray and sanitize
bakery equipment; including racks, bowls, carts, rugs, and pans.
- Organize washing area
to ensure safety.
- Scrub, scrape, or
spray machine parts and equipment using sanitized scrapers, brushes,
cleaners, disinfectants, abrasives, and hoses.
- Unload cabinets from
trucks.
- Remove pans from
cabinets and stack on pan cart.
Job Requirements:
- Basic math skills
- Ability to stand for
up to 10 hours
- Ability to work in hot
environment
- Must be 18 or older
- Must be able to read
and understand English.
- Must pass drug
test/background check, e-verify
This job is physically demanding,
employee should be well prepared to work a full shift moving and lifting. Employee must be able to stand for long
period of time while performing their duties. Physically able to perform task
for extended periods of time, lift heavy objects on a regular basis, do
repetitive tasks with few breaks, and so forth.
