KB Line Operator [Archived] - Saint Paul Park, MN
Corporate Management Groups is
currently hiring for a part time KB Line Operator position at our St. Paul
Park, MN Supermom’s location.
Shift:
4pm to 12:30am or until production is done. Fridays and Saturdays off.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive dough
from Mixers
- Operate hoist
to load dough into hopper
- Use controls
to start equipment and to adjust operation to maintain product quality
based on product type.
- Record and
verify weight and size of dough as it is processed through the KB Systems
- Verify quality
and allergen standards are followed.
- Check for
quality assurance on all product.
- Track proper
LOT number and follow production and Quality Control sheets.
- Record pan
counts.
- Catches dough
at the end of line and places on an oven rack
- Observe
equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected and notify your
supervisor or maintenance of any malfunctions.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand and obey all Good Manufacturing Practices
and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Microsoft Office Proficient.
- Safety Protocol
- Stop any observed unsafe acts, and obey facility
safety rules and procedures.
- Correct or report any observed safety hazards.
- Support safety policies and programs.

Qualifications:
Education Required:
· Adequate to meet skill requirements
Experience Required:
- Knowledge of bakery operations and
bakery production machines (for Bakery machines) preferred
- Knowledge of commissary operations
and commissary production machines (for Commissary machines)preferred
- 1 to 2 years operation of other
production equipment preferred
- General mechanical knowledge
preferred

Physical
Requirements:
- Ability to
lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to
perform repeatedly and for extended periods of time: bending,
standing, reaching, climbing, twisting/turning, pushing/pulling,
squatting/kneeling/stooping, walking, and grasping.
- Ability to
exert up to 125 lbs. of force occasionally.
- Must be able
to work in a controlled temperature environment (50 degrees and below at
times) – Commissary machines only
- Must be able
to work in a warm environment (Summer months) - Bakery
