Customer Service Representative - 1st Shift - Plymouth, MN

Corporate Management Groups iscurrently hiring for a Customer Service Representative position at our Plymouth,MN location.

Shift:1^st shift / 8:00am – 5:00pm / Monday - Friday

Pay: $18.00 -$19.00

As a member of our family-oriented team, you will performthe following duties:

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• ·         Answer phones
• ·         Interact directly with customers and other internal departments
• ·         Enter the order with accuracy and high attention to detail
• ·         Receive and screen all calls

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand and obey all Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Microsoft Office Proficient.
• Safety Protocol
  • Stop any observed unsafe acts, and obey facility safety rules and procedures.
  • Correct or report any observed safety hazards.
  • Support safety policies and programs.

Qualifications:

Experience Required:

• ·         Some college preferred
• ·         Customer Service experience is helpful
• ·         Computer skills is a must (Windows)

·        Enthusiasm and positive verbal communication isa must

·        Excellent listening skills with the ability tomultitask

·        Strong follow up and problem-solving skills

·        Ability to deal with customers in a friendlymanner at all times

·        Cabinetmaking /Building Supplies IndustryKnowledge helpful

·        Product knowledge helpful
