CSR - Boulder, CO

Individuals will take incoming calls from consumers and enter orders into system. Will also input mailed/emailed, and faxed orders, and take calls regarding product questions or concerns.  Input customization orders and proofread own work for printing. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data input is of utmost importance.

Requirements:  Ability to sit at computer monitor and input data up to 8 hours daily with good typing and 10-key/number entry facility.  Strong verbal communication and computer skills.  Good spelling, grammar, punctuation and attention to detail.

Customer service or customer contact experience required. Must be able to work the Friday after Thanksgiving.

Schedulle options: Tuesday-Friday 9:30-6pm & Saturday 9am-4pm or Monday -Friday 9:30-6pm

**Training will be 8-4:30 for first 3 days
