Fiberglass Technician - Wyoming, MN

Corporate Management Groups is currently hiring for Fiberglass Technician at Premier Pontoon our Wyoming location.

Shift: Monday-Friday 6:00am-4:30pm $16.00-$19.00 DOE

Job Summary:  We are seeking a candidate with at least 1-3 years of warehouse experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inspect mold for damage.
• Clean and wax mold as necessary.
• Clay mold and tape mold according to pre-gel coating specs.
• Apply proper gel coat in accordance to part specification
• Build parts in compliance with resin transfer molding procedures
• Properly install all hardware when required.
• Wet trim parts after layup and before pulling
• Pull completed parts from mold once completed with lamination process
• Verify conformance of finished work piece to specifications
• buffing and preping the boat for shipment

Qualifications:

• Able to read & understand work instructions, part prints, & quality control equipment.
• Able to maintain a clean work environment, proper cleaning of equipment.
• Ability to work in a team setting
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment
• Able to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment {PPE}. (Respirator, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective coveralls.)
