Executive Assistant - Hopkins, MN, MN

Corporate Management Groups iscurrently hiring for an Executive Assistant at our Hopkins, MN location.

Shift:1^st Shift / Monday – Friday / 8:00am – 4:30pm

Pay: $13.00 per hour (willing to go up to$14/hr)

Job Summary:This position will help the Manager with all administrative and receptionistduties and tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Data Entry
• Invoicing.
• Customer Service (Answeringphone calls, and emails.)
• Running errands for theManager (Gas used will be reimbursed.)
•  Filing.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

• Microsoft Office Proficient.

Qualifications:

Education Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience Required:

• Background or experience in amanufacturing or warehouse setting is a plus.

Skills Required:

• Typing 40 wpm or higher.

• Microsoft Office.
