MIG/TIG Welder - 2nd Shift - Plymouth, MN

Corporate Management Groups iscurrently hiring for a MIG/TIG Welder at our Plymouth, Minnesota location.

Shift:2^nd Shift / Monday – Thursday / 3:30pm – 2:00am

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00per hour, depending on experience.

Job Summary:The welder is responsible to operate and maintainwelding tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner to achieve thequality and production standards of the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Layout, position, align and fit components into welding fixture asinstructed.

·        Set-up gas-shield MIG/TIG-welder and weld parts to jobspecifications.

·        Use basic understanding of blueprints and welding symbols tocomplete job assignment.

·        Use hand tools, clamps, and grinders to perform job tasks.

·        Complete basic maintenance on welding equipment

·        Performs other duties as assigned. 

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must be willing to undergo an E-Verify.
• Safety Protocol
  • Stop any observed unsafe acts, and obey facility safety rules and procedures.
  • Correct or report any observed safety hazards.
  • Support safety policies and programs.

Qualifications:

Education Required:

·        High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience Required:

·        1 – 2 years of MIG and TIG welding
