Warehouse Manager [Archived] - Plymouth, MN

CMG is hiring for a Warehouse Manager to work in our Plymouth MN location.  The position offers growth opportunity to manage other warehouses in the future.

Job Description

•        Manage the warehouse staff of 15 employees

•        Computer skills a must. Experience with RF Scanner/Paperless system

•        Work with Sales and Customer Service to correct Customer’s Complaints 

•        Over see Inventory accuracy

•        Work with 2 assistant area managers (Hardware & Laminate)

•        Conduct regular process improvement meetings

•        Track order errors. Work toward correcting and preventing future errors

•        Report to the Owners of the Company

•        Hazmat and OSHA compliance duties

Physical/Mechanical Requirements

•        M-F company open 8-5 (warehouse open 6:30 AM till orders completed)

•        A multiple task person

•        Experience managing multiple people doing varied jobs

•        Attention to detail, able to follow through and complete tasks

•        Fork lift certification a plus but not required

•        1-2 years of warehouse management or management in a like setting

Benefits/Pay

•        60-70K Annual Salary based on experience
