Bookkeeper - Broomfield, CO

The Bookkeeper/Business Associate works in a team environment responsible for full charge bookkeeping, monthly write-up, tax, payroll, general ledger accounting, and other accounting functions for a high volume of clients.

• Bookkeeping for monthly and quarterly clients using QuickBooks.
• Preparation and filing of Sales tax Returns.
• Preparation of income tax returns.

Requirements:

• Knowledge and use of Excel and Word essential
• Bachelor of Science in Accounting (preferred)
• •3 + years of superior bookkeeping experience (required).
• QuickBooks experience (required), certification a plus.
• Top-shelf customer service skills for internal and external clients.
• Exceptional organizational and prioritizing skills.
• Must be able to meet deadlines.
• Ability to read and summarize financial documents and data.
• Confidentiality, integrity, and dependability are must haves.
• Handle stress effectively without it interfering with performance.
