Customer Service Rep - Boulder, CO

Boulder, CO

Individuals will take incoming calls from consumers and enter orders into system. May also input faxed orders, and take calls regarding product questions or concerns.  Input customization orders and proofread own work for printing.

Requirements:  Ability to sit at computer monitor and input data up to 8 hours daily with good typing and 10-key/number entry facility.  Strong verbal communication and computer skills.  Good spelling, grammar, punctuation and attention to detail.

Customer service or customer contact experience required. It is a call center environment.  Every associate in this department must work the Friday, and either the Saturday or Sunday after Thanksgiving.


Part Time position: either 9am-1pm or 10am-2pm M-F
