CMG is expanding and seeking a skilled Grinder to be assigned to Branding Iron in Sauk Rapids.

As a Grinder, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining grinding equipment to process meat products. Your attention to detail and adherence to food safety standards will ensure the production of high-quality products.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age to use equipment/tools.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English, with the ability to follow instructions.
• Possess basic mathematic skills.
• Neatness in appearance, with a pleasant, outgoing, self-motivated personality.
• Ability to work a schedule based on the business needs of the store location.
• Authorized to work within the U.S.

• Set up all grinding equipment prior to daily operation and be able to perform pre-operative sanitation checks.
• Identify and gather all materials to be used for proper formulation. Then dump, scale, grind, and blend according to company specifications.
• Be able to operate all grinding equipment.
• Keep accurate production and raw material sheets as needed.
• Keep product moved to blast freezer as quickly as possible.
• Break down all grinding equipment for cleaning.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or lead.

Physical Requirements: (with or without reasonable accommodation):

Ability to lift/move 10-65 pounds continuously. Requires varying degrees of pushing, pulling (of 400-pound tubs), bending, and lifting to move boxes. Must be able to continuously perform simple repetitive and manipulative tasks. Able to perform tasks requiring action of muscles or groups of muscles such as walking, reaching, climbing, and stooping. Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time (eight-hour shift).
