We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through various channels. Your goal will be to contribute to the growth of our company by expanding our customer base and increasing revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Identify/prospect potential clients for business development opportunities
- Generate leads and cold call prospective clients to introduce our products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for business growth
- Prepare proposals, negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Utilize a CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
Experience:
- Proven experience in business development or sales role
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Familiarity with outside sales techniques and strategies
- Background in construction
