Seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Representative to spearhead growth initiatives, expand market presence, and generate new revenue across both companies. This role is ideal for a proactive and relationship-focused individual with experience in industrial fabrication, welding services, ASME-certified equipment, and oilfield solutions.
· Lead Generation & Sales Pipeline Management
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in oil & gas, energy, mining, municipal, and industrial sectors
· Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects
· Schedule and attend client meetings, facility tours, and project bid walkthroughs
· Strategic Outreach
· Represent both companies at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
· Cultivate relationships with general contractors, engineering firms, operators, and procurement departments
· Maintain and update CRM systems with prospect activity and sales progress
· Proposal Development & Bid Coordination
· Collaborate with estimating, engineering, and operations teams to develop accurate, competitive bids and proposals
· Assist with RFP/RFQ submissions, timelines, and client communications
· Market Intelligence
· Track industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust business development strategies
· Provide input to leadership on geographic and sector expansion opportunities
· Cross-Company Collaboration
· Align business development efforts
· Clearly communicate service offerings and unique value propositions of both organizations to potential clients
· 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management—preferably in oilfield services, fabrication, or industrial construction
· Knowledge of ASME, API, process piping, and heavy fabrication markets strongly preferred
· Proven ability to generate and close high-value B2B opportunities
· Self-starter with strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
· Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
· Willingness to travel between Colorado and Utah as needed
· Strong interpersonal skills with a hunter mentality
· Professional demeanor with the ability to interface with executives, field superintendents, and procurement teams
· Technical acumen with the ability to learn and explain complex service offerings
