The Service Dispatcher is the operational hub of our Service team. This role coordinates incoming service requests, prioritizes and schedules technicians efficiently, and ensures clear, proactive communication between clients, technicians, Field Managers, and Account Managers.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving in real time, and takes pride in keeping operations organized, responsive, and running smoothly.
