Quotation Specialist prepares and manages detailed price quotes for products or services, analyzing customer requirements, market conditions, and company pricing strategies to ensure accuracy and competitiveness. Key responsibilities include coordinating with sales and other internal departments, soliciting quotes from suppliers, reviewing bid packages, and maintaining accurate pricing.

position will create quotes and request purchase order updates for new and RMA
products.
Key Responsibilities
Review customer inquiries, analyze requirements, and create accurate, competitive price quotations based on company guidelines and market factors.
Work closely with sales teams, suppliers, and internal departments (like product development and customer service) to gather information and ensure quotes are precise and aligned with client needs.
Solicit and negotiate pricing from suppliers to ensure they are accurate, comprehensive, and received within required timeframes.
