  • Develop and curate the company’s online “voice” to consistently convey friendly professionalism and expertise.
  • Oversee and protect brand consistency across all internal and external channels.
  • Actively enhance lead generating and brand marketing initiatives to increase revenues and profits, market share, and brand equity.
  • Manage trade show planning, logistics, and, in concert with sales leadership, lead follow-up

4. Content Creation and Management

  • Source strategic opportunities for articles at online/print publications focused on our targeted markets, and write/assemble the articles.
  • Create and edit sales and marketing materials and curate all content and materials (past, present, and future)

5. Revenue Development Support

  • Regularly conduct Competitive Analysis covering markets, competitors and their activities
  • Work with Sales leadership to identify opportunities within existing and past customer bases as well as new markets and prospect pools to create, implement, and track outreach campaigns.

6. Strategy & Leadership

  • Collaborate directly with senior management to develop a comprehensive strategic marketing plan.
  • Take full accountability for the implementation and success of the agreed-upon marketing roadmap.
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure marketing initiatives align with operational goals and are integrated properly and effectively.

Qualifications

  • Education: BA or BS in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • HubSpot Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub, CRM, and Integrations) is required.
  • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of HubSpot, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher), Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).

and CMG rose the occasion by moving our turnover date ahead by 2 weeks. They were true heroes in our eyes.

Through today, I can say that we haven’t had any negative issues with CMG. We have saved a substantial amount of money by converting to them.

I highly recommend CMG for an employment solution to any company looking to outsource their employment needs. read less
