Senior Marketing Specialist - Pomona, NY
Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, high-energy and experienced Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team on-site for a fully in office role.
You will be the architect and implementer of our marketing engine, bridging the gap between high-level strategy and technical execution. The ideal candidate is a HubSpot expert who can blend creative skills and storytelling with technical systems integration to drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Presence & Web Management
- Lead the development and curation of website content to ensure high engagement and conversion.
- Manage and oversee 3rd-party developers to ensure technical site performance, security, and design updates are executed flawlessly.
2. HubSpot Power-User & Systems Integration
- Inbound & Content: Expand our utilization of HubSpot to drive organic growth through strategic content and automated workflows.
- Lead Management: Design and oversee the lead generation funnel, ensuring prospects move seamlessly from awareness to conversion.
- Segmentation: Implement advanced customer and prospect segmentation to ensure highly targeted messaging.
- Systems Integration: Lead the integration of HubSpot with the company’s ERP (Syspro) and other essential business tools to create a "single source of truth" for data.
- Data Hygiene: Develop and enforce strict processes to ensure database accuracy and health.
- Analytics: Provide senior management with robust reporting and actionable insights based on revenue-developing activities and campaign performance.
3. Social Media & Brand Stewardship
- Create, curate, and post compelling social media content that resonates with our target audience.
- Develop and curate the company’s online “voice” to consistently convey friendly professionalism and expertise.
- Oversee and protect brand consistency across all internal and external channels.
- Actively enhance lead generating and brand marketing initiatives to increase revenues and profits, market share, and brand equity.
- Manage trade show planning, logistics, and, in concert with sales leadership, lead follow-up
4. Content Creation and Management
- Source strategic opportunities for articles at online/print publications focused on our targeted markets, and write/assemble the articles.
- Create and edit sales and marketing materials and curate all content and materials (past, present, and future)
5. Revenue Development Support
- Regularly conduct Competitive Analysis covering markets, competitors and their activities
- Work with Sales leadership to identify opportunities within existing and past customer bases as well as new markets and prospect pools to create, implement, and track outreach campaigns.
6. Strategy & Leadership
- Collaborate directly with senior management to develop a comprehensive strategic marketing plan.
- Take full accountability for the implementation and success of the agreed-upon marketing roadmap.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure marketing initiatives align with operational goals and are integrated properly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: BA or BS in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- HubSpot Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub, CRM, and Integrations) is required.
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of HubSpot, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher), Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
- Communication: Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills. Note: Writing samples will be required during the interview process.
- Quantitative Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and calculate ROI.
