The hours are 7:45AM - 3:45PM Monday-Friday with weekend availability. Must also be available to be flexible with hours for vacation coverage.

Pay Frequency: Every Friday

SUMMARY

Loads and unloads trucks both manually or with equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks; checks for damaged goods; verifies quantity and quality of orders; verifies items received with purchase order; wraps, packages, tags and correctly labels product to be shipped out.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age to use equipment/tools.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English, with the ability to follow instructions.
• Possess basic mathematic skills.
• Neatness in appearance, with a pleasant, outgoing, self-motivated personality.
• Ability to work a schedule based on the business needs of the store location.
• Authorized to work within the U.S.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Operate a forklift in a safe and efficient manner.

2. Operate pallet jacks in a safe and efficient manner.

3. Supply production with dry packaging.

4. Put dry packaging away at end of day in the proper storage location.

5. Accurate ending inventories of dry goods (example: spices, film, patty paper).

6. Receive and ship product using work station computers.

7. Stage and count product into inventory from production. Shrink-wrap and put away product.

8. Maintains a clean warehouse.

9. Do a partial close of all finished product from Packout/Production in ROSS Create LPN; pallet wrap and stage the product.

10. Sort pallets – for shipping out to be repaired.

11. Create Bill of Lading for out-going loads and transfer loads, and receiving raw materials, dry packaging by using computer / Ross system.

12. When receiving product and packaging make sure count is accurate and assign lot dates to raw materials and designated dry goods.

13. When loading and unloading trucks make sure the bill of lading is accurate.

14. Make sure trailers being loaded have the brakes applied, are properly choked and are pre-cooled.

15. Bin product to correct area or warehouse.

16. Modify POs by adjusting pounds and pricing.

17. Assist in month end inventories and nightly packaging returns from production.

18. Create, run and print dispatch note to amend sales orders shipping from HMC.

19. Complete necessary computer work in ROSS-SmartClient System; ie; inventory etc.

20. Experience in yard /shuttle truck, moving semi-trailers and spotting them in the shipping dock or lot / CDL helpful but not needed for yard work.

21. Complete necessary computer work in ROSS-SmartClient System; ie; inventory etc.

22. Everyday attendance required unless prior approved and on time for work.

PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT/WORKING CONDITIONS

Work condition includes bending, frequent movement along with lifting/stacking up to 60lbs throughout the day and being able to be stand and work in temperature that are continuously under 50 degrees.

Pallet Wrapper, forklift, pallet jack.
