This is a privately held, aluminum rolling mill manufacturing facility. Our patented casting process offers a broad range of alloys, any thickness, any coating and any color aluminum. We produce aluminum sheet in gauges from 0.005 inches to 0.032 inches, and maintain tolerances of +/ – 0.0002 inches. Today we make aluminum roll stock for

§  Tab stock, bare and coated, beverage and food

§  Food and other provisional containers

§  E-clean™ process aluminum

§  Proprietary ultra-clean aluminum for high tech applications

§  Architectural products including window blinds and window components

§  FDA coated aluminum supplier

§  Food end and body stock

§  Wine and beverage caps and closures. We are seeking an Industrial Electrician to actively engage with the maintenance team to diagnose, maintain, manage, and improve a wide range of electrical machinery in the facility and production processes while providing on time support for plant operation.

§  Job Description

§  Work in a Safety focused Department with continuous improvement practices

§  Knowledge and experience with Slick 500, Micrologics, Telepro and Automax operating systems preferred

§  Experience with DC motors up to 1600hp preferred. Knowledgeable in replacing and seating brushes.

§  Experience with AC and DC drives, troubleshooting and set-up

§  General electrical troubleshooting skills

§  Read one-line diagrams and blue prints

§  Experience with Gas burner tuning, and maintenance preferred

§  Basic HVAC knowledge is helpful

§  Work with Managers to ensure efficient operation of equipment, identify and address preventative maintenance improvements

§  This plant operates 24/7; the position will be expected to support production as scheduled.

§  Shift work is required on 3x2x2 schedule. Occasional OT is expected.

Qualifications

Qualifications

§  Industrial Electrician with a minimum of 10 years work experience.

§  Strong Mechanical aptitude

§  Familiar with a wide variety of diagnostic equipment (Multi-meter, gas analyzer, meggar testers etc.)

Proficiency in English language required, Spanish helpful.
