Provide administrative support to the warehouse including order workflow, appointments, data entry, reports, and telephones.  Have a familiarity with departmental goals and standards. Know the policies and procedures, which may include other departments within the organization. Ability to acquire significant knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX computer warehouse system required.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates orders to be processed, including managing orders with future ship dates, handling warehouse order requirements, and prioritizing back orders.
  • Communicates with Operations Supervisors to ensure the timely and accurate completion of order processing.
  • Prepares reports and statistical information using knowledge of corporate communication as directed by Operations Manager.
  • Analyzes and interpret trends and outliers in prepared reports and present findings.
  • Orders office supplies and equipment as directed
  • Effective communication skills required. Answers phones, screens callers, relays messages, and greets visitors. Opens sorts and screens mail entering the facility.
  • Intimate knowledge of shipping documents, logistics software and Bartender software.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

·        Minimum of 2 years administrative/office preferred.

·        Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications required.



  • High School diploma or G.E.D equivalent
  • Associate’s Degree or higher a plus.


Language Skills:

Ability to read and speak English to allow instructions and teaching of position requirements. Ability to respond to common inquiries from visitors, suppliers, and guests.


Mathematical Skills:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
