Retention Rep - Boulder, CO

Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm

This is a full-time position, benefits eligible position

Calls existing customers and re-establish the buyer / vendor relationship. Sells products to established business accounts by telephone: calls blitz lists.  Services accounts by selecting orders, maximizes sales, maintains current customer base and acquires new business. Quickly and accurately complete inbound calls by servicing, selling or redirecting the call to the appropriate resource to resolve customer issues

Participates in sales meetings, training sessions, one on ones and engages in on-going self-development activities.

Sales and customer service skills, computer, data entry, basic math skills.

High School graduate or equivalent

1+ Year sales experience, telephone sales preferred
