Paint Shop Helper - 1st Shift [Archived] - Plymouth, MN

Corporate Management Groups iscurrently hiring for a Paint Shop Laborer position at our Plymouth, Minnesota location.

Shift:1^st Shift / Monday – Thursday, 6:30AM-3:30PM and Friday’s, 6:30AM –12:30PM

Pay: $16.00 perhour

Job Summary:Help mask and unmask parts for powder coating painting at a metal fabricationfacility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Help mask parts forpaint using plugs or tape.

·        Unmask parts whencompleted.

·        Metal part racking.

·        Puttying certain parts,and sanding them down.

·        Bagging and boxingcertain parts.

·        Sanding on certainparts, possibly grinding if candidate has the experience.

·        Do light assembly work(installing an electrical outlet, adding buttons, etc.)

·        Must follow directionswell from the supervisor.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must be willing to undergo an E-Verify.
• Safety Protocol
  • Stop any observed unsafe acts, and obey facility safety rules and procedures.
  • Correct or report any observed safety hazards.
  • Support safety policies and programs.

Qualifications:

Experience Required:

·        1 year of grinding experience
