JOB SUMMARY (the purpose and general nature of the job):
Ensures domestic and international customers are retained, and satisfied with Inside Sales Department. By using IFS and other Stolle departments (internal resources) grant assistance to, problem solve and provide solutions to address the needs of the internal and external customer. Must strive to exceed the customer’s expectations, provide the best possible service and keep commitments made to the customer. Respond as the single point of accountability (SPA) for a product line(s) as assigned while supporting the efforts of the entire Inside Sales Rep department and the company as a whole.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES include the following:
Research: Conduct effective and efficient assessment with the customer for clarity of issue and to determine root concern. Problem solve and provide solutions to assist the customer in the following areas (but not limited to); warranty, parts, orders, shipping, inventory, purchasing, accounting and sales. Data entry, report generation; interpretation and analysis and effective communication of the same to internal and external customers.
Communications: Provide status reports to customers/stakeholders as required.
Relationships: Build and develop relationships with your customer base to instill confidence

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: Minimal requirements for education, knowledge and experience:
High School Diploma or GED
5 yrs. in a Inside Sales Rep environment (not call center)
International clientele exposure helpful, though not required
2-3 yrs. experience with an ERP system
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Multi-tasking and organization skills
Attention to detail, follow-up, and ability to set appropriate priorities
Strong orientation for math, measurements and numbers
Mechanically inclined, preferred
PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS: This position requires the ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in the following environment:
· Work schedule generally consists of 40 hours per week, which may include on-call status, evenings, and/or weekends.
· Ability to lift/ maneuever 20 lbs.
