What you will do:
· Work collaboratively with functional areas to understand business processes and technology needs, serving as an integration point between business resources, business process managers and IT technology specialists
· Support process managers to provide insight into functional areas and how requirements fit together within the broader end-to-end processes
· Gather and assess business requirements for technology and process improvement projects, analyzing impacts to system configuration and master data
· Engage with IT solution designers and developers to communicate business requirements, review technology designs and validate functionality through system and integration testing
· Engage with master data team to ensure master data design aligns to business requirements
· Support IT and business functions in troubleshooting technology issues and defects within systems
· Assist in the development of business roles and controls designs and updates based upon process and system changes
· Contribute to Service Desk Management, quality assurance, and service delivery management to improve efficiencies and processes
· Serve as the subject matter expert on business functions to promote stakeholder engagement and support business requirements. Contribute to the Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing
· Other duties as required
What you will bring:
· Bachelor’s degree required. Experience in lieu of degree may be considered
· Minimum four years of experience in business relationship management, business analysis or business process management required
· Working knowledge of SAP
