Provide administrative support including order workflow, appointments, data entry, reports, and customer/client interface.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates orders to be processed, including managing orders with future ship dates, handling warehouse order requirements, and prioritizing back orders.
  • Setting up new carrier packets, vetting insurance requirements.
  • Vendor rate confirmation.
  • Daily call checks with carriers.
  • Communicates with Operations Supervisors to ensure the timely and accurate completion of order processing.
  • Prepares daily reports via Excel to customers.
  • Effective communication skills required. Answers phones, screens callers, relays messages, and greets visitors.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

· Minimum of 2 years administrative/office required

· Background in Logistics a plus!

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications required.
