Responsible for deploying, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting all computer endpoints including, but not limited to, PCs, telephones, mobile devices and printers. Will also maintain the user database in Active Directory, telephone, and ERP systems. Coordinate all incoming Help Desk requests and assign to appropriate support personnel. Research, order and configure new hardware as needed, maintain operations documentation and procedures, as well as inventory for departmental office supplies and all company hardware. The Helpdesk Technician will Train users on all standard PC and telephone applications . Provide occasional off-shift operational support when necessary and work and on-call rotation schedule. Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 Office programs, and ERP systems, preferably SAP required. College coursework in a technical field, Previous Helpdesk experience strongly preferred, as well as 2+ years of PC support and supporting VOIP telephone systems
