Receptionist - Fort Collins, CO
Position Summary: This position requires a professional individual that has experience handling incoming calls,
welcoming visitors, typing correspondence, filing and processing mail; ordering office supplies, stocking coffee and snack
bars, formatting agendas, and other administrative tasks as assigned or needed. The position will also order food for
customer visits, layout/cleanup food for customer visits; and assist with coordinating, planning, and executing company
meetings and social activities.
Primary responsibilities:
• Greet guests when they arrive; direct visitors to the appropriate person or office
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk; ensure all
visitors check in and assist them with getting a badge
• Order and set up food for customer visits
• Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
• Update calendars and schedule meetings
• Perform clerical receptionist duties such as filing and typing correspondence
• Perform other related duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications Required:
• Punctuality and exceptional attendance
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Five years’ experience in related administrative field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
