Receptionist - Commerce City, CO

Position Summary:

This position requires a professional individual that has experience handling incoming calls, welcoming visitors, typing correspondence, filing and processing mail; ordering office supplies, and other administrative tasks as assigned or needed. 

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and greet customers. 
• Give the customers their paperwork for the order they are here to pick up.
• Type quotes for Salesmen.
• Enter sales orders.  This will require detail and calculating numbers.
• Assist bookkeeper with sending out invoices
• Assemble hardware orders and package for customer pick up or shipping.
• Unpack, receive in purchase order and stock on shelves in hardware room.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Punctuality and exceptional attendance

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Three years’ experience in related administrative field

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

• Customer service skills

• Professional demeanor •

Proactive approach to task completion

• Oral and written communication skills

• Ability to be flexible and adjust quickly to changing deadlines

• Ability to work both within a team and independently
